Mini six-axis robot Six-axis multi-joint robot Six-axis robot
Principle of six-axis articulated robot:
The robot is divided according to its function, generally consisting of four or three connected parts: a robot assembly, a controller, and a teaching system.
The robot arm is the robot's actuator, which consists of the drive, the transmission mechanism, the robot arm, the joint, the end effector, and the internal sensor. Its mission precisely guarantees the position, posture and movement of the end operator required.
The controller is the nerve center of the robot, which consists of computer hardware, software, and some specialized circuits. The software includes controller system software, machine-specific language, robot kinematics, dynamics software, robot control software, robot self-diagnosis, and self-protection function software. It handles all the information in the robot's work and controls its overall operation.
The teaching system is the interactive interface between the robot and the human. During the teaching system, it will control the whole operation of the robot, and send all the information into the memory of the controller. It is actually a dedicated intelligent mid-end.
